Senior Specialist Sales Enablement Consumer Europe South

 

MAIN ROLE RESPONSABILITIES


- Build Sales Enablement Plan for a Sales Area to cover Sales Strategy execution and Development of Sales Teams 

  • Plan Sales Enablement activities in Sales Area – in terms of utilizing regionally available content, trainings and coaching services
  • Collaborate with HUB/Sales Area XF team on potential localization of enablement services

- Deploy Sales Enablement plan in assigned Sales Areas

  • Deploy Sales Enablement program in Sales Area according to Plan – publishing of content, deployment of training and coaching services
  • Track sales enablement plans implementation within Sales Area, drive corrective measures and ensure postmortem learnings on utilization of sales enablement services and tools.
  • Ensure proper localization and deployment of sales activation calendar in Sales Area conjointly with trade marketing and revenue management team
  • Best practice sharing, contribute to regional development of new enablement services, drive continuous improvement.

- Drive Salespeople Development

  • Together with each Area Head of Sales regularly assess strengths and weaknesses of KAM/SR in his team versus defined sales competencies (knowledge, methodologies, skills, tools and behaviors).  Check development plans for each KAM/SR in Sales Area. Review development plans for each KAM/SR together with Area Head of Sales.
  • Drive sales onboarding in Sales Area in a structured, standardized way.
  • Sales Coach to Head of Sales Area job roles in territory; Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions.

 

MAIN INTERACTIONS


INTERNAL
Outside of Sales Enablement

  • Area Head of Sales – alignment and execution of all sales enablement services and development plans in Sales Area. Act as Sales Coach; monitor coaching execution
  • Area KAM/SR – delivering curriculum, field based co-coaching, monitor development progress
  • Area & HUB Trade Marketing – drive collaboration for localization; team up for HUB/Sales Area deployment 
  • Area & HUB Revenue Management - drive collaboration for localization; team up for HUB/Sales Area deployment 

Inside Sales Enablement

  • Regional Sales Enablement Program Team (Sales Strategy Enablement Programs, Technical Sales Enablement, Sales Development Programs roles)  - drive collaboration for localization and utilization; team up for HUB/Sales Area deployment 
  • Regional  Sales Enablement Operations – align on operational execution in Sales Area  

 

EXTERNAL
3rd Party Trainer or Consultant – alignment and execution of training and/or coaching plans for HUB/Sales Area
