Lead Fleet Services Technician - Midland, TX

Starting Pay $27.00 Hourly

Primary Work Location: Bush International Airport

Shift Information: 5 Days/week at 40 hours per week

About the Role: What will you do? 

• Servicing light mechanical vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site 
• Perform line technician services such as oil changes and tire services, routine inspections/maintenance, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, and tire installation 
• Using a company vehicle, you will be traveling to the client site to perform these services
• Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Support billing, point of sale software interaction, and documentation
• Responsible for managing the team schedule, service appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet

Basic Requirements

• 2 years of experience performing qualified preventative maintenance, and brake related services 
• Must have DOT Brake Certification, or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire 
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years of age
