Primary Purpose of the Position:
•    Achieve the objectives of sales units of AOP and SOM (TMS), executing strategic sales plans in your area, developing customers and distributors (existing and new), identifying business opportunities and strengthen the distribution network and relationships with the main fleets of the territory.
•    Define actions aligned with the company's marketing plan, which seek to reinforce the image and brand positioning GOODYEAR and positioning.
•    Business consultant for clients, creating value propositions and business.
•    Seek opportunities to increase volume for sell in and sell out according to the territory assigned.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 
•    Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing (promotion product portfolio, prospecting and developing customers and distributors) ensuring compliance with the monthly sales targets in Consumer and/or Commercial lines.
•    Provide business proposals considering profitability for the company and customers.
•    Check the implementation of the trade policy and each dealer advertising, ensuring the use of resources such policies on actions generating sell in and sell out.
•    Research and analysis of competition in the assigned region (pricing information, business strategies, new products, trends, and promotions).
•    Coordination and implementation of marketing strategies with distributors to increase market share.
•    Coordinate the development of the sales force.
•    Planning demand (forecast) according to territory and customers.
 

Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent (Engineer, administrator or relevant experience in Sales) 


Experience:
Required: A minimum of 3 years of experience
Desired: Experience with sales in the field, tires or consume goods sales is preferred. 


Knowledge:
•    Sales and Marketing skills:
•    Target focused and planning development.
•    Business acumen.
•    Teamwork skills.
•    Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
•    Desired: knowledge of the tire industry, and SAP.
