- Manage Sales, marketing & after sales activities, in collaboration with The Cluster Manager to achieve Sales excellence and efficient response to customers and market needs. Act as liaise for Consumer field sales and support actively any sales effort.
- Understand demand from the field and act/react upon it through follow up on supply chain activities, align with sources on demand and allocation and communicate with sales representatives in the field.
- Take customer satisfaction as a guiding principle in every action and focus on customer priorities to take actions to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Develop market share through the right approach in distribution on consumer business frequently monitors external markets and competition. Reports trends & influences and new customer business models.
- Measure Price and Brand positioning of our brands in the market.
- Maximize profit generation in Consumer business by reaching the specified consumer business objectives as set in the AOP per month and in total and in line with the PBU strategies; maximizing EBIT by driving profitable top line growth in the right mix by brands / segments and mix; managing and focusing on Customer and Business Relationships; make sure that forecasting a is done in line with the S&OP process to achieve the targets.
- Be creative and innovative by searching for effectively leverages of resources to secure a fast-acting organization in line with S&OP Class A principles: forecasting, supply execution and customer collaboration planning
