Data Engineering Consultant

This position will be a member of the Data Engineering and Analytics (DEA) team, reporting to a section or team leader. The Data Engineering Consultant position is critical to the establishment of data pipelines for the entire organization. This includes both internally and externally sourced data. This individual engages and facilitates with various stakeholders within IT and business to identify requirements and then design and implement data pipelines.

Job Description-
- Responsible for creating and/or updating data pipelines, including ETL (extract, transform, load) or ELT

- Design and develop the appropriate level of data access and data architecture based on requirements

- Participate in data manipulation and deployment of the artifact

- Document requirements, design, and support documentation for deployed pipelines

- Work closely with internal team members, on/offshore contractors, SBU business and IT associates, and data scientists teams

- Provide input to the development of standards and guidelines

- Educate other team members

Job requirements - 

•  ETL developer with Informatica experieince preferred
• should have experience in SQL
• Any graduate in Information technology
