• Preparation & Finalization of Books of account basis Indian GAAP which includes P&L; Balance sheet, Related Party Transactions and other information for notes to accounts for statutory accounts and Limited reviews.
• Provide detail, information, and explanation during internal and external audits.
• In-depth understanding of Tax Audit, Cost audit, Sox compliances and Internal control work.
• Dealing with other departments to provide/taking information related to financials (Taxation, Legal, Treasury, etc).
• Leading the month end closings by reviewing JV entries of other associates, coordinating with GBS team, error tracking during 0801 & 0802 cable transmission etc.
• Review of monthly reconciliations prepared by other associates in the department.
• Review of month end reports like Balance Sheet Flux Analysis and Working Capital Analysis prepared by GBS team for further submission to Region.
• Preparation of reconciliation between USGAAP Books and Indian GAAP Books.
• Understanding of Risk assessment and Internal control matrix
• Coordination with GBS AP team and troubleshooting when required to resolve issues.
• Active participation in various local & regional projects like budget proposed changes, SAP upgradation, New process improvement.
• Ensure continuous improvement in the finance processes and systems.
