Job Responsiblities:
- Leading the Call Centre Team ( Almost 10+ associates) and responsible for day-to-day backend and field operations.
- Maintaining and handling field data for various report generations.
- Addressing escalations received through social media/HO/HQ. Ensuring early resolution & closure updates to the respective stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management - Daily connect / Operations review with process owners and senior leaders for delivering processes as per agreed SOPs.
- Field management: The timely inspections & closure of complaints
- Managing the Complaint data & extending support on data analysis & presentations to HO/FEs/RCSMs.
Job Requirement -
- Min 10-12 years of similar experience
- Education Qualification - Any Graduate
