Job Responsiblities

 

This position will report to Head FP & A, and will be responsible for:

  • Balance Sheet and Cash flow rolling forecast every month and prepare AOP for next 5 year in line with given guidelines from Leadership Team ( LT)  and Region and upload in Hyperion (TM1).
  • Raw Material rolling forecast and prepare every month based on forecast price and assumption received from regional and local team and AOP for next 5 year year in line with given guidelines from LT and Region.
  • Monthly RM cost analysis and share with stakeholders
  • Prepare and present RM deck to local LT as per defined timeline and guidance.
  • Forecasting of Working capital and its analysis, compare with Actual for variance analysis.
  • Prepare Weekly, monthly reports on EBIT and Cashflow and submit to Region after alignment with local team.
  • Work with all stake holder to improve working capital and Cash flow and provide suggestion
  •  Ad hoc financial analysis, Monitoring Capex spend as per plan.
  •  Provide forecasted data to controlling, Tax team as and when required.
  •  Providing the full day-to-day operational, reporting, analysis and financial planning support
  •   Analytical support across a wide range of areas including planning, reporting and financial operations
  •  Owning the month end management reporting deliverables
  •  Challenging status quo and pushing for reporting automation and innovation, and process improvement, simplification and optimization
  •  Prepare and assist with the preparation of key materials presented to senior management and other key stakeholders
  •  Partnering & managing key functional projects

 

Job Requirements :

Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Education- Qualified CA/ Cost accountant
should have  exp in Cash Flow and working Capital Forecasting, Balance Sheet, Raw material Analysis
