Reporting directly to the Head-OTR India Liaison and this position has the responsibility for Sales, Business Development, After Sales Service, Key Account Management of OTR dept.  The Manager - Off the Road (OTR) Tire is also responsible for creating new business opportunities by regular interaction with the customers, OEM's, market estimation, identifying the needs of the customer in terms of products, new trends in the industry and prepare the short-term & long-term plans to achieve the high level of growth within the industry, and liaising with all stake holders viz. 

a)    Internal: Field Engineering & Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, legal Etc.
b)    External: Customers / Channel Partners

•    Developing effective business activities from deep understanding of customers' needs and marketplace developments
•    Conceive new strategies for maximizing profits
•    Prompt After Sales Service & Customer Service
•    Participation in Tenders & RFQ 
•    Timely availability of product
•    Achievement of Unit Sales Targets
•    Achieve of Collection Targets
•    Key Account Management
•    Customer & Price Mapping
•    Competitor Tracking
•    Promotional Activities


Job Requirement -

Min 10 years of experience in Tyre , Mining and Infra Industry
