Principal Responsibilities


Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Conceptualise and drive impactful and authentic trade marketing campaigns that connect emotionally with the customers and align with overall brand and business strategy

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify channel and consumer needs and create programs that drive sales growth

  • Build capabilities of sales teams to execute the campaigns successfully

  • Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives

  • Develop metrics and track the impact of trade marketing campaigns


Pricing and Promotions

  • Negotiate pricing with vendors in collobration with procurement team to ensure collaterals,materials are supplied at the best possible price while maintaining consistent quality and company branding norms

  • Develop trade marketing campaigns and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets.


Vendor Relationships:

  • Manage the company’s relationship with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels.

  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure all materials meet company standards.



  • 12+ years of experience in Trade Marketing role in mid- to large-scale organizations of repute

  • Strong understanding of business commercials and marketing concepts
