Job Responsibilities:



  • You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition representatives to execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities including but not limited intake meetings, job posting, branding, sourcing, screening, calibration with the hiring team, selection of candidates, and a job offer. Recruitment for niche and critical roles will also be part of your responsibility.

  • You are expected to establish solid performance outcomes to hiring in India and be an expert Talent Acquisition Partner to HR Director and Sr. Talent Acquistion Manager.

  • You will lead, manage and enhance recruiting strategies and processes, implement talent acquisition initiatives and activities, ensure continuous improvement of processes,  implement best practices, drive diversity and inclusion in hiring, support branding initiatives and manage stakeholders.

  • You will manage relationships with contingent search firms to drive continuous improvement in recruiting from a process and cost perspective.

  • You will be responsible in the  implementation of cost-effective, timely and high-quality recruitment undertakings to ensure excellent hiring manager and candidate experience and long-term success of the Talent Acquisition organization in India.


  • You must utilize various sourcing channels such as local job boards, referral programs, university relations, other online resources and networks and professional organizations to attract talents and build talent pipeline.


  • You will be the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Country HR Representatives and HR COEs and ensure excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve mutual goals.




Job Requirements:



  • You must be a Bachelor's Degree holder with 7 years  of progressive HR experience, ideally 5 years in Talent Acquisition function, minimum of 2-3 years in HR Business Partnering function and people management role.


  • Your in-depth experience in handling full-cycle recruiting such as sourcing, employer branding, interviewing, candidate management and hiring team calibration, selection, and offer analysis  gained from a multinational working environment will help you to be successful in this role.
  • Your ability to create recruitment strategy aligned with the need of the business, manage resources and drive smooth execution of hiring activities, programs, and initiatives (smart sourcing, talent pipelining, referral, survey, university relations, branding) is required.


  • Your experience in working effectively with search firms and third-party recruitment vendors will be one of your sourcing channels for niche role hiring that can be activated as required, ensuring quality execution of services and management of cost.


  • Your excellent business and HR acumen, ability to navigate through complex processes and systems and effective communication skills both in English and local language are required.


  • Your must be knowledgeable  in data analytics, data interpretation, presentation skill and must have the  ability to effectively communicate information (e.g. data mining related to talent insights, mapping, and market intelligence) to support hiring strategy and drive process improvement through the use of candidate search engine systems, reporting tools and TA dashboard.
