We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Key Account Manager Senior Int. Distribution & Wholesale (Dutch Speaker). In this role, you will develop and manage distributor accounts across EMEA, drive strategic initiatives to enhance product availability, and improve logistics in the Benelux region. You will play a key role in achieving business targets, building high-quality key account plans, and influencing customer behavior to align with our distribution strategy. The opportunity: 

  • Develop  distributor accounts in line with aligned distribution strategy across EMEA , adding value for GY.                    
  • Achieve AOP targets for customers (EBIT, volume, SOB and  direct sell-in vs sell-out ratio).                     
  • Build strategies to improve availability and logistic service levels to retail and car dealer channels in Benelux.            
  • Acts as EMEA Lead Key Account Manager for the Pan European Accounts based in several countries (subsidiaries).                    
  • Build a high quality Key Account Plan for customers.         
  • Execute Key Account Plans  & Benelux Distribution Plan to deliver top and bottom line targets.         
  • Improve customer intimacy and influence customer behavior towards aligned distribution for GY.         
  • Coordinates European adherence to aligned distribution by guiding the work of the key account managers based in the countries.        
  • Identify potential new customers as part of the general GY transition.
  • Pro-actively steer parts suppliers to have more influence on their brand choice.

 

To join our Team you will need: 

  • Total years of experience 8-10 Sales experience (similar role) in similar industry or consulting business (technical products/automotive industry)  
  • 5+ years strong experience in customer relationship management managing business units.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, allowing for smooth and professional business communication (required).
  • Strong ability to work in a Matrix Organization/environment.
  • Experience in people management (min. 5 years).
  • Experience in consulting projects and project management.
  • A valid Category B driving license.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • International experience.
