Sales Representative Consumer region South-East Netherlands

Primary purpose of the position:

  • Perform sales activities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails in the assigned area and customer portfolio in line with strategies and plans to achieve top-line targets.
  • Optimize customer satisfaction by continuous End Users Fleet (customers).
     

Tasks:

  • Focus on Tire Specialist channel, private fleet owners and/or service providers.
  • Implement and follow up key account strategy with the aim to grow Goodyear sell-out, SOM/SOB and POS profitability.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements (using specific value proposition).
  • Promote category management as key differentiator and driver in the market place for customers. Actively implement tools like pre-order consulting, red dots, pos concept sells, trade margin dashboards, geo insights, marketing proposition, etc.
  • Follow up with sales reps and the Sales Manager, post meeting for all strategic clients. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop.

  • Self-starter, energetic, persuasive, persistent, motivated
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Business acumen
  • Strong affinity with tires, technology and automotive
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Strong listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Accurate and punctual
  • Flexible and has a hands-on mentality
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • working knowledge of SAP is considered a plus

 

Education:

Bachelor level or equivalent by experience.

 

Experience:

2 to 3 years work experience in the commercial field. A proven outbound sales trackrecord is a real plus!
