Area Sales Manager

Primary Purpose of the  Job:

• Manage, control, and develop the team to grow sales and create business opportunities
• Develop & support the business to create sales opportunities, growth, and profitability to sustain competitiveness and to be a leader in the industry while following company compliance and strategies

Job Responsibilities:

• You will take care of Goodyear commercial sales for Thailand
• You will develop commercial business through dealers and direct fleet customers
• You will support maximizing Goodyear's margin, due to the fleet approach price
• You will consult Goodyear's direct fleet customers to Goodyear's new tires/re-tread sales
• Understanding of the truck and bus fleet approach

Job Qualifications : 

• Bachelor Degree 
• At least 7 years of sales lead required with experience in team management
• Having tire or automotive industry experience is an advantage 
• Demonstrate a strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals
• Strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications)
• Possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
