Responsibilities:

OE Project approach, RFQ, nominations

• You will collect and communicate OEM future technology requirements for input to Win-In-OE and engage in regular exchanges with the OEM on upcoming technology, vehicle, and product roadmaps.
• You will closely follow up the OEM sourcing process until winning the nomination.
• You will understand the OE tire development performance priorities and clarify the legal certificate requirements.
• You will support the technical feasibility response by discussing and agreeing on performance with OEMs and Goodyear technical centers (GDCC/GICL/GICA/DDCH).

OE Technical support activities

• You will gain alignment and agreement among the cross-functional development team members.
• You will define performance gaps between tested products and create experimental builds of tires that can be used as demonstrators for OEM evaluation and feedback.

OE project approval:

• You will initiate project formal kick-offs with OEM purchasing, Technical, and Quality teams to define the development project team, project objectives, development schedule, DVP&R test requirements, past project experiences, and any special customer requirements.
• You will review each submission's design strategy and timing plan with the OEM technical team.
• You will organize joint testing for each submission to confirm test sessions, test resources, and ensure full availability of customer attendees.

OE Project industrialization:

• You will align with OE QA on account-related matters.
• You will communicate OEM requirements effectively.
• You will support the preparation of plant visits and audits.
• You will support the ISIR/PPAP process.

Qualifications:

• You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any other related field.
• You will preferably have 5 years of experience in the tire industry or tire design.
• You will have experience in dealing with both global and local OEMs.
• You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• You will be passionate about people.
• You will have a strong teamwork spirit.
• You will be fluent in both written and oral English.
