Head of Customer Service AP

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• New Business model – supply chain strategy - Design supply chain strategy  for new customers (e-commerce like Tuhu/JD/NCZ/Amazon and direct delivery to retailer) including E2E delivery planning, network planning, distribution, and operation solution, to be integrated into business model. Participate the project in rolling out the new business models, like RTM,TUHU,JD & Ecommerce
• Operational excellence – Load optimization, route planning, inventory policy in the area distribution. KPI review dash board, automated shipment tracking through online platform connecting to SAP system and key performance measurement dash board for supply chain business partners.
• Process & system capability building - Design and implement automation projects to build sustainable customer service at lowest logistics cost (Zero Loss, transportation network planning, Warehouse optimization, Center DC level, Regional DC, Field DC levels).
• Intelligence warehouse concept designing & overall implementation plan to provide quality customer service and partner experience with long term optimized cost to serve.
• TMS & WMS concept designing & overall implementation plan in line with changing business model & requirements.

Required skills and experiences:

• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain related functions (required), preferably within a retailer or manufacturer
• Thorough knowledge supply network design and order to cash process, related transactions, policies, guidelines and performance measures
• Complete understanding of warehouse operation management and associates performance metrics
• Multi-unit experience in Supply Chain and Logistics functions
• Experience with S&OP process & supply/demand planning
• Leadership of complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, successful execution, and presenting results (required)

• Ability to use facilitation and influence skills to drive success within the project

• Ability to enhance and utilize an organizational network to increase effectiveness

• Successful delivery of one or more programs from inception to completion 

• Skilled and experienced in communicating effectively at all levels in the organization, building teams, resolving conflict, managing risk, leading multidisciplinary activities, planning and allocating resources and interfacing with customers and suppliers.

• Understanding of the business and implementation of an organization’s strategy.

• Effective negotiation skills.

• Excellent analytical skills by using Zero Loss or Lean that can be used to interpret and communicate complex information
