Import & Export Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Import and Export Execution. Follow up production plan and coordinate shipment delivery schedule regarding import and export requirements
• Manage to get the permits from Dept of Customs / Dept of Agriculture / Ministry of Commerce / Ministry of Industry on time in order to proceed with the customs clearance of shipments without delay
• To work with the country Head of Distribution and Procurement Head on finalizing transportation & 3PL contracts 
• Supply and Operation Planning Process Management
  Coordinate with all concerning parties in order to successfully support the consumer demand and OTIF target
• Responsible for improvement of customer satisfaction scores around ordering & delivery. Have a clear understanding of Company revenue recognition policies

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transport Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related fields.
• 3-5 years experience at supervisor level in supply chain management:  planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing, production, purchasing, and inventory control functions
• Good interpersonal skills and human relationships
