Primary Purpose of the Position:

Manage the handling of raw materials and finished goods within warehousing and transportation, overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery, accurate quantities, and cost optimization in alignment with customer demand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, management, maintenance, and monitoring of warehouse and transportation operations to meet company goals and objectives.
• Manage an efficient operation to achieve on-time deliveries with accurate SKU and quantities at the optimized cost.
• Ensuring cost optimization in alignment with cost-to-serve budget.
• In close collaboration with third-party logistics vendors and relevant stakeholders from both internal and external.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the achievement of company objectives in the most effective and efficient manner, executing key initiatives and strategies.
• Implementation of audit requirements in Warehouse & Transportation operations
• Foster a positive work environment, nurturing strong relationships and promoting a culture of productivity and growth opportunities.

Financial Budget and Control

-Assume responsibility for the warehouse and transportation budget.

-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the logistics process.

-Take ownership of providing cost-effective, feasible, and appropriate solutions.

-Ensure full compliance with regulations, as well as legal, health, and safety requirements.

-Support new business initiatives and projects, and ensuring the effective implementation of logistics strategies related to these changes.

• Strategy and Development

-Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

-Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.

-Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.

• People Management

-Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that consistently meets objectives, delivers best practices, adds value, and drives continuous improvement.

-Establish clear objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of direct reports.

-Develop and implement personal and team development plans to ensure ongoing growth and performance enhancement.

• Foster a Winning Growth Culture

-Lead by example to achieve company goals and objectives

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Warehousing and Transportation
• Managing warehouse with Warehouse Management System implemented
• Solid experience in working with all Supply Chain & operational functions;
• Experience with data analysis and visualization, process improvement, cost reduction
• Team player, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, result-oriented.
• Flexible, presentation skills
• English communication business level.
• Strong business acumen & possess a fair financial knowledge;
• Solid knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management
• Excellent skills as a Data Analysis & Visualization
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
• A good team player with leadership potential;
• Project Management skills
• Geniunely curious, with passion to learn, self-challenge;
