Job Responsibilities: 

• Tire Performance Testing - Conduct a test to evaluate the tire performance following the QAI requirements ( Durability , CTA , Dimension etc. )
• Testing Equipment Management - Maintain testing machines, and calibration to ensure accurate testing outcome
• Failure Analysis - Investigate tire failure analysis, identify the root cause by working with the process team, and implement corrective actions
• Report Generation - Document and report test results, including any deviations from standards, and present findings to the quality and production team
• Process Audits - Conduct Audits in the production process, ensuring that all manufacturing stages comply with specified quality standards
• Support Internal and External Audits - Prepare and support Internal and external audits
