Supply Planning Analyst

Location: TH - Pathum Thani

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will ensure the information in the consignment file is updated in time and accurate
• You will analyze the supply situation in the consignment file
• You will lead the consignment meeting to define the next steps to ensure the inventory level in consignment file is healthy  (e.g. get action from the retread planner to ensure proper ticket planning to enable proper delivery quantity, New tire planner to increase the supply of new tire if needed, .., etc)
• You will do casing analysis
• You will generate casing return analysis compared to demand every month
• You will share analysis  to the supply planner, Demand planner, and sales  to take the proper next steps (e.g. Sale to follow casing from the customer, revise demand ratio (new and retread), revise ticket planning,.., etc)
• You will do inventory Management to maximize customer service level. 
• You will coordinate with Consignment to ensure stock accuracy every week.

Shipment Planning

• You wi;ll rpovide a projected loading schedule (shipment to consignment for New tire and retread) and Retread for SDP to the logistic team for container booking
• You will review the inventory of retread tires daily to execute shipment arrangements by working with logistics and customer service. Maximize container utilization and arrange shipment to avoid supply issues.
• You will work with planner &production for necessary actions needed

Report generation

• You will create SUP report / order status
• You will generate inventory and CRI report on daily basis

Other

• Prepare report as per assigned 
• Provide in coming casing visibility to Retread supply planner for ticket planning
• Verify casing

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration in a related field. International Business/ or Logistic Management field is a plus
• Minimum 2 -3 years of relevant working experience in Import/ Export or Logistic field 
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, and SAP or other ERPs
• Can communicate in local language and English 
• Has a customer service mindset and a can-do attitude
• Strong planning, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
