Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible in leading a team of Talent Acquisition representatives to execute end to end Talent Acquisition activities in ASEAN including but not limited to intake meeting, sourcing, screening, calibration with hiring team, selection of candidates, job offer and pre-onboarding activities.  Handle end to end recruitment for niche and critical roles.
  • You are also expected to lead, manage and monitor delivery of the aforementioned talent acquisition initiatives and activities; ensure continuous improvement of processes; implement best practices; drive diversity and inclusion in hiring;  support branding initiatives and manage stakeholders. 
  • You will act as the first point of contact for HR Director, HR Business Partners, Country HR Representatives, HR COEs;  maintain and sustain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mutual goals are achieved.
  • You must deliver cost effective, timely and high-quality recruitment undertakings that will yield quality and favorable candidate and hiring manager experience.

Job Requirements


  •  5-7 years of  total work experiences in talent acquisition and other related HR function with minimum of 2- 3 years of  solid experience as a Lead of Talent Acquisition section, managing people 
  • 4 years in-depth experience in handling full cycle recruiting such as sourcing, employer branding, interviewing, candidate management and hiring team calibration, selection and offer analysis  gained from multinational working environment
  • Exposure in working with other countries across Asia Pacific is preferred as this role will handle hiring in ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea and Philippines
  • Experience in working effectively with search firm and third party recruitment vendors to ensure quality execution of services and management of cost
  • Ability to create recruitment strategy aligned with the need of the business, manage resources and drive smooth execution of hiring activities, programs and initiatives (smart sourcing, talent pipelining, referral, survey)
  • Strong business and HR acumen and can navigate through complex processes and systems
  • Excellent English  communication skills both oral and written and ability to interface effectively with various levels in the organization   
  • Experience in people management and coaching
  • Knowledgeable in various sourcing tools and/or candidate search engine systems, reporting tools and TA dashboard
  • Has expertise in data analytics, data interpretation, presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate information (e.g. data mining related to talent insights, mapping and market intelligence) to support hiring strategy and drive process improvement
