Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with all leaders to develop engagement action plans using local engagement survey data, ensuring leaders follow through on plans and modify them as required   
  • Work with local leaders and the Talent COE to bring to life the talent agenda in Thailand, as well as to contribute to the ASEAN and AP talent agenda
  • Manage efficiency and effectiveness across the Thailand business by seeking opportunities to streamline business process and business operations, while ensuring the business delivers on its strategic objectives
  • Be a coach and confidant to the local GM and all leaders across the business, look to develop Thailand leaders using the 70/20/10 model to drive participation and ensure a successful outcome
  • Be responsible for the employment relations agenda within Thailand, own Union relationships, and manage the local employment agreement process


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferred in business/Human Resources
  • Extensive HR experience, including leading a function and setting and driving a local, regional and global agenda
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a position of HR Lead in a multi-national organization with cross-functional and international exposures
  • Previous experience as a member of a functional or business leadership team, ability to work with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and outcomes, provide counsel to GM and senior leaders 
  • Track record in developing people both direct reports and others
  • Essential to have extensive Union and labor relations experience, experience representing the organization in labor tribunals and to work with external counsel
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal or written
