Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities:

       Manage HR administration activities/Site services

  • Lead the local team (including external vendors) & GBS to provide administrative support in the whole employee lifecycle(recruitment administrative support, from onboarding to offboarding), including but not limited to: Fixed-term contractors recruitment; P-file management; enrollment/change/termination in HR System; benefits administration including leave management system maintenance; IT access & work facilitation; Visa Application & cancellation for foreign employees; local administration support for foreign employees; Training administration, HR-related payment requests, etc. 
  • Lead the local team & GBS to provide all HR reports & analytics including but not limited to GTMS report/Absenteeism report/turnover report/panel clinic medical expense report/Monthly staffing report/Quarterly Director & Key Manager Report to Board of Director/Forecast HR accrual to Finance/Monthly Account Reconciliation/etc.
  • Lead the local team on Employee Communications in all channels
  • Manage the local Welfare Benefits Administration such as Building facilities (toilets, parking, canteen, medical unit) Company Vehicles, Company Mobile Phones, Medical claims, Messenger, Security & Janitorial, etc.
  • Manage the local Facilities & Site services & Welfare Benefits Administration such as Building facilities, toilets, parking, canteen, medical unit, etc.
  • Act as country lead for all HR administration system launches & enhancement
  • Support all internal & external audits as needed
  • Other HR Administration projects assigned by HR Director

       Manage C&B, Payroll for all employee groups 

  • Responsible for AOP, MOR, Annual Survey, Actuarial Report, and Insurance Program to be submitted and renewal in a timely and accurately.
  • Lead the local team & GBS to ensure the accuracy of payroll calculation, statutory payment to government authorities, severance & final payment calculation, Expatriate home deposit & MY tax, and Social Security claim for associates. Manage all activities promptly. 
  • Ensure payroll records are properly documented. 
  • Act as country lead for Payroll System launch & enhancement
  • Support all internal & external audits as needed

       Manage Employee Activities and Employee Well-being 

  • Develop, implement, and lead Employee well-being plans and Positive employee relations programs such as Annual check-ups, Uniforms, Birthdays, Perfect day, Songkran, Family day, Sports day, New Year, etc.

       Manage Legal/Government Contact

  • Keep legal/government process updated for compliance, efficiency & employee experience purposes. 
  • Represent GYT for all HR legal concerns. Generate and prepare all concerned HR documents as well as liaison with GYT legal team such as employment agreement, release agreement, contract management, POA including Social Security Office, Workmen & Compensation fund, etc.

       Team Management & Development

  • Team performance management to achieve overall department target
  • Team development & succession management: recruiting & developing future HR Ops Manager & junior HRBP talents to enrich the HR talent pipeline

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related field preferably with an international HR certificate (e.g. SPHR)
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources with 3 years experience in manager level from a small plant, preferably in a Shared Service center or HR Operations team
  • Payroll and HRIS experience is a must
  • Experience in project management & collaborating with regional/global teams
  • Compliance mindset, capable to exercise confidentiality
  • Client-focused & solution oriented 
  • Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, & global mainstream HRIS database
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good English communication skills both verbal and written
