Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Communication

  • Develop and manage communication strategies, maintain regular interaction with marketing & sales team, finance team, and legal team, to keep updated with the company’s latest developments.
  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing communication plan including of ATL media, social media, digital media, PR, consumer/customer communication.
  • Lead and arrange related event plan. Work with agency and supplier to ensure perfect execution. The events include new product launch, dealer conference, brand promotion activities, roadshow, CSR activities, etc.
  • Being brand guardian to control branding identity of all company usage as well as preparing any communication collateral materials ex. Creative advertising material, brochure, POSM display, etc

 

Media Relations

  • Develop and maintain good media relations representing the company
  • Plan and organize annual media gathering/visiting as well as post-report follow up and evaluation.
  • Manage executive interview arrangement, internal pre-approval, and follow up for the coverage.

 

Investor Relation

  • Communicate the company’s operational and financial performance effectively to media as per company guideline
  • Support project lead for corporate content materials including Annual Report, quarterly financial result announcements, press releases, Q&As, investor presentations, etc
  • Plan and manage the corporate communication and investor relations related events, including investor conferences, road shows and the annual shareholder meeting.

 

Internal Communication

  • Promote corporate culture through internal communication tools and events to all the staff according to the company plan.

 

Crisis Management

  • Work with PR agency to propose protocol and communication plan to internal associates, customers, consumers, vendors, governments and media.
  • Ensure timely response, report, and follow-up

 

Agency and Budget Management

  • Manage media and advertising agency including recruitment, contracting, and evaluating.
  • Liaise with cross functional team at local, regional, and global level for internal process approval.
  • Propose, track, and control budget plan as per approval.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing
  • 5 years experience in Marketing Communication and PR
  • Good English communication & presentation skills
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with PR, Creative, and Media agencies, as well as managing marketing budget planning
  • Experience working for the company in SET is advantage
  • Computer literature (general applications)
