Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales strategies for the defined channel in order to deliver sustained revenue and profit growth in support of Goodyear's overall company goals and strategies. Manage the business’s KPIs and financial
  • Build and develop a strong partnership with partner distributors through joint business planning, identifying opportunities for long term growth
  • Establish and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the distribution channel and lead the sales team in the planning and delivery of sales and financial targets
  • Coach and direct team members to achieve sales and profitability objectives in line with company strategy and policies
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies by defining the right level of sell-in, sell-through, inventory, promotional campaigns, training needs and resources.
  • Develop the required sub-retailer network coverage to improve the weighted distribution of the Goodyear products
  • Improve sales forecast accuracy, deliver cost saving, increase customer satisfaction as well as minimize business risks monitoring customer credit exposure.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and cross functionally with the other departments to ensure that customer needs are met with full responsibility of the distribution channel P&L

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Extensive 5 to 7 years of sales manager required with experience on team management
  • Preferable in tire or automotive industry
  • Direct experience in Aligned Distributor” program in Thailand
  • Demonstrate a strong record of sales achievement and closing complex deals
  • Strong Leadership and excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and coach the team at least 3-5 years
  • Excellent English with strong computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Possess business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
  • Able to travel in upcountry
