Responsibilities:

1. Complete production tasks based on production plan issued by Production and Safety

2. Eliminate all kinds of unsafe hidden dangers, strengthen safety management, ensure the personal safety of employees, ensure production safety.

3. Responsible for organizing production based on requirements from construction regulations, technical standards, etc., control product quality, formulate corrective and preventive measures for unqualified items in production, and implement.

4. Manage job related to quality, environment, energy, measurement, standardization and other system certification.

5. Manage use of equipment, ensure the normal use of the equipment, and report problems to the equipment department.

6. Responsible for the on-site management work to ensure a clean and tidy production environment.

7. Lead and drive the implementation of Plant Optimization in the shopfloor, to improve the safety, productivity, waste, cost etc.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years above tire or rubber industry production management experience.

2. With good English skill, can read and written, can speak is a plus.
