1. 整理、分析胶料生产数据, 根据数据分析结果调整配方和生产工艺
2. 对不合格胶料产生原因进行分析并制定改善措施
3. 对不合格胶料给出处理意见并跟踪处理进度
4. 对胶料在下工序生产过程中产生问题原因进行分析并制定改善计划
5. 返回胶使用调整，保证Slow moving达标
6. 负责本部门控制计划、作业指导书、管理规定、胶料检验标准等文件管理、修订、下发等工作
7. 密炼现场工艺执行检查
8. 密炼生产过程中产生问题原因分析并改善
