• 带领团队推进PO-RE各项工作的有效实施及成熟度提升，持续优化设备管理流程，提高设备可靠性
• 负责管理设备维修保养管理过程，指导设备故障排除，组织制定预防措施，减少故障停机，确保所有的维修保养活动符合公司的安全标准和政策，并满足生产和工艺要求。
• 负责设备资产、工程项目的管理, 包括设备的选型、规划、技改、大修、报废，资本的立项、提报、审批、实施、验收等全过程的管理，控制资本支出、工程进度、质量、安全等
• 管理能源设备设施，确保工厂能源介质可靠供应的前提下，持续的实施节能降耗工作，以降低能源成本
• 管理维修费用，监控维修成本支出，优化备件库存管理，平衡库存与支出，制定有效措施减少维修成本
• 负责监视测量设备和特种设备的整体管理和把控，使其符合法律法规并满足质量技术需求
• 负责团队建设，领导管理团队进行各项指标（设备故障、PM、能耗、维修费用等）的统计分析，设定团队目标、监督执行，并进行绩效评估 ，制定人员培训计划，提高团队技能水平
