HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Employee lifecycle support
1. Work closely with TA team to support the recruitment process, such as interview, offering, onboarding preparation, etc.
2. Work closely with business team to support the employee movements, such as job evaluation, salary proposal, relocations, announcements, etc.
3. Work closely with HR service team to support the termination cases in compliance with government regulation.

• Organization and capability building 
1. Work with HR leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management efforts associated with re-organizations and transformations. 
2. Support HR leaders to implement the capability building project, such as competency guide implementation, career pathing project, IDP follow up, etc.
3. Support HR leaders for performance management processes, talent and succession plan reviews
4. Support and maintain annual training plan for business

• Employee engagement
1. Work closely with talent management team to manage reward and recognition program for plant organization
2. Participate in engagement result analysis, focus groups, and action plan development, in conjunction with business and HR leaders, and follow up on engagement action plans.
3. Operate as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, such as HR policy and process, flexible benefits, HR systems, etc.

• Employee Relationship
1. Explains laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees. Ensure the people management compliant with local legal regulations. 
2. Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. 
3. Provide consultation to line managers on employee behavior improvement in different approach
4. Represents organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
5. Collaborates with leadership on matters of policy and terms of memoranda of understanding before and throughout negotiation process.
6. Collaborates with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labor groups.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Performance Management 
1. Ensure the appropriate strategies, business plans, policies and procedures are developed, approved, communicated to the relevant stakeholders and implemented.
2. Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
3. Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System.
4. Ensure hourly performance evaluation scheme can be developed, updated timely to meet the business objectives. 
5. Supporting leaders to drive performance improvement for employees in responsible areas;
6. Responsible for the guideline and policy explanation for merit increase and performance bonus and etc C&B adjustments.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration, or equivalent 
2. At least 6 to 8 years HR management experience (Business Partnering, HR service, CoE) Good knowledge in China and local labor related laws and regulations. Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of HR
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office like PowerPoint, Excel, Word
4. Good business knowledge and analytical skills, includes value added perspective, financial awareness, and cost control, etc.
5. Culture awareness and sensitivity
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great organization, planning and time management skills.
7. Good command of oral and written English communication skills
8. Proactive & self-driven
