Responsibilities:
- You need to assist GM in effective communication with relevant groups inside and outside organization
- You are requst to provide administrative support to the MD, manage meetings, schedules, logistics, and other related assignments for MD
- You are responsibilt to assist MD in daily communication, coordination, follow-up, improvement and problem solving, etc.
- You are requst to provide translation support in written or oral
- You also are responsible to provide proper reception for important visitors
- You are the contact window between plant and AP Communication team, develop and implement plant internal and external communication strategy; responsible for plant newsletter and organizing some events sponsored by global or regional side, like Project Bounce, anniversary etc.; Involved in associate engagement activities etc.
Qualifications:
- You have recieced a Bachelor's degree, proficient in English, both written and speaking, TEM-8 is preferred.
- You with 2+ years work experience as GM Assistant in a manufacturing company or multi-national enterprise, rubber or automotive industries is preferred.
- You are familiar with office software
- You are excellent in organizational and Communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
