Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operation & Inventory Management.

-Develop and implement raw material storage management process.

-Supervise, control and coordinate flow of raw materials storing and issue withdrawal from production scheduler to ensure timely storage in accordance with material standard storage (MSDS).

-Plan and establish location for raw material stock rotation for First-In First-Out (FIFO) by maintaining good control and proper classification on consumption lot / running lot of raw material.

-Efficiently provide all daily supply of raw material from warehouse to all production.

-Closely monitor raw material physical inventory management (internal & external warehouses) to ensure the optimal inventory levels and meet production requirements.

-Manage the recycling packing container and pallets and the returning of vendor tools such as goodpack, empty bobbin.

-Lead to record and update MTD inventory report (volume +DSI) and cooperate with Material Planning team to ensure no run-out of raw material in the plant.

-Governance shelf life and aging raw material to reduce the risk of inventory and save cost, regularly deliver aging raw material report.

-100% compliance with safety policies & systems requirements and be responsible for the responsibility area safety issues.

• Receiving section Management.

-Develop and implement receiving system for the whole plant to ensure all the receipt activities (raw material, spare parts, MRO,etc.) aligning with company policy.

-Lead all the goods timely and accurately receiving and delivery to ensure the alignment with order.

• Team management & Development

-Assess staffing needs, make hc analysis and control, implements staffing programs as required, setting high standard in recruiting, attracting, retaining and motivating staff.

-Lead and drive to build team members’ capability.

• Audit & Continuous Improvement

-Lead the customer audit at raw material warehouse to fully meet customer audit requirements.

-Continue to develop and implement improvement activities to optimize the receiving, storage and delivery of raw materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Logistics or relevant area, Advance degree preferred.

• 5  years working experience in manufacturing.

• 3 years working experience in warehouse management, including inventory management and order management.

• 3PL management experience.

• Professional knowledge of raw material storage, WMS system, specification, capability.

• Fluent English and Chinese both spoken and written.                                                                                                                                 

• Good communication skill.

• Awareness of local regulatory requirement related logistics.
