Internship in Customer Service Team (flexible schedule)

We are currently looking for a student interested in completing an internship in our Customer Service Team in Prague. The Intern will support the team in daily activities and help us maintain the professional level of the company's customer service.

We offer the possibility to work approximately 6h per week / 25h per month.

What you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Team in daily activities:

Our customer service team helps customers and company partners resolve standard and non-standard situations that may arise during the ordering, delivery and invoicing process for Goodyear products and services.

• Handling and creating logistic delays in SAP based on daily logistic reports
• Supporting with the warranty claims (documentation, invoicing process)
• Supporting with extended warranty program
• Handling large returns from customers after every season
• cooperation with colleagues across departments (sales, finance, credit department, etc.)

We expect from you:

• preferably student in the field of transport / logistics (but not a requirement)
• knowledge of Czech language at the level of a native speaker and at least upper-intermediate English
• user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• diligence and consistency
• good communication and interpersonal skills
