Location: Prague (hybrid work arrangement)
Primary purpose of the position:
- Executes the sales & marketing strategy for new and retread products on the area of responsibility at key accounts (fleets) level with enhancing fleet channel GP. Monitors the market to build the understanding of industry helping to build competitive advantage
- Manages strong customer relationship (fleets and service providers) and drives sales
- Lead by example, create a strong sense of purpose and community, promote a healthy personal culture as well as champion the company culture.Represents company on the area of responsibility during business & sales meetings
- Develops TTSs technical and sales capabilities in operations with end-user. Focuses on the Customer experience to drive the fleet costs down through best in class products, solutions helping customers to achieve sustainability targets and enabling mobility
Primary duties & responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing: Achieves individual targets in new, retread & COC tires to maximize GP & TMS share at direct and indirect fleets. Delivering Reatred sales objectives against pre-defined plan. Monitors customer financial condition.
- Management: Manages fleets in the area of responsibility supporting Truck Tire Specialist's in their daily sales operations as well as managing fleet development applying tools to mantain fleet cooperation.
- Truck Tire Specialists development: Provides coaching and trainings on fleet cooperation, tools implementation. Shares best practices. Monitors progress of technical activities on fleet levels. Leads projects to engage and improve their capabilities to strenghten organizational excellence
- Reporting: Provides market and competitive intelligence. Collects and shares with the team market feedback in terms of competitiveness of new and retreads, customer requirements, market trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaboration: Promotes the interactions within the local team to incorporate Fleet Mobility Value Proposition in overall sales and marketing approach towards fleets and retailers. Manages the local interactions with suppliers, ex ZF to enhance relationships. Interacts with a broader organization to deploy new business models including OEM's to obtain solutions OE specifications
Requirements:
- Economics, Business University - Master degree
- Min 2 years’ experience on sales position within a leading organization (preferrably experience as a Truck Tires Specialist)
- Managing projects experience
