Job Responsibilities:
- You as AP Senior MES Mixing & Raw Materials Specialist will be responsible to lead, drive, & support production planning teams in compound, treatment, and component transfer both internally and externally
- You will determine bottlenecks in supply and implement solutions before issues arise. Drive MES business process integration enhancement and mixing process developments in the scope of MES and the inter related systems & business processes. Specifically support and drive all MES related raw material inbound & outbound processes in facilities and define validation & traceability requirements
- You are also request to coordinate compound, treatment, and raw material MES system and process exchanges and guide the integration activities with other sub systems (eg. Auto-release, Level1 and Level 2 or PLC integration). Support standardization of mixing planning processes. Support the implementation of pull processes with mixing and raw material planning
- You are responsible for developing local expertise in MES mxing and raw materails system with the local teams
- You will drive integration and change management of all business processes in the 4 walls of a manufacturing location for all plant locations in a region by ensuring process creation and standardization to maximize value to the business and service to our customers
- You need to ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place to support the standard proces including the designing and blueprint enhancements and corrections both for the regional and global scale
- You will coordinate with global & regional process owners and expertism, resolve integration issues, proposed improvement, and mitigate risk. Assure link between process owners and IT support group(s) concerning all MES related manufacturing business processes. Initiates requests for system amendments, improvements and new features, defines priorities manufacturing business process related IT requests and perform the validation of SAP software changes
Job Requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- You must have 6 or more years of experience within a manufacturing production planning organization
- You must have an experience in lean manufacturing techniques and principles and leading or supporting cross-functional teams
- You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, SAP MRP, APO, EDW, MES Kanban, Material Flow, SAP EWM
- You must have effective communication and change management skills
- You must have the ability to understand business needs metrics and customer value
- You must have the ability to manage processes and drive efficiency and standarization improvements
