Responsibilities::

You are responsibile to execute purchasing activities including EVI, sourcing, ordering and record/report etc. with the objective of obtaining the most cost effective to meet operation requests within Global Procurement policies and procedures. 

1. Supplier Development: You neeto to identifies, evaluate and develop new domestic suppliers per company guidelines and processes. 
2. SC Comformation and RFx: You need to evaluate and confirm the SC with request dept to obtain nessesary information for RFx.
3. Quotation Negotiation and ordering: You need to request vendor to provide quotations and negotiate the items inclusing price, payment and delivery time etc for local sourcing reuirements less than regional threshold per policy. You are also request to comfirm the final items and process SC in approval process with clear and comprehensive descriptions of the parts.
4. Order & Shipment Tracking: You need to follow up order and shipment to ensure on time delivery and issue solution. You are responsible to do regular communicate with suppliers to track shipment and assist import/export dept for transportation cost assignment.

Requirements:

1. You have achieved a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. You exhibit high business ethics and principle based behavior.
3. You with Intermediate English level both oral ( able to communicate, fluent speaking is preferred, not a must)and written. 
4. You with more than 3 years Manufacturing environment for procurement or technical department working experience. If you have solid engineering experiece or knowledge, the procurement experience can lower then 3 years.
5. You with Good computer skills. Excel & PPT; SAP experience preferred.
6. You are a good communicator, with negotiation and sense of responsibility.
