Responsibilities:
Communication Management
You are responsible to develop and execute internal and external communications plans and programsLeadership communications: Provide strategic communications support and communication guidance to the Plant Director and Plant leadership teamOrganizational communications: Implement internal communication channels to communicate on agreed key business and other topics on regular basis based on the approved internal communications strategyExternal communications: Strengthen the building of Goodyear's profile through external PR outreach programs with the community, government and mediaServe as the custodian of the Goodyear brand in the plant, increasing its value to all of its stakeholders (internal and external) across all relevant communications channels
Office Management
You are requst to maintain Plant calendar to support plant daily management.Responsible for arrange the VIP customer government Visitors' agenda and logistics(including F411 governance and improvement) to ensure efficient workflow.Support the key company event and activities and provide response to department inquires and follow up the approval documents.Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, agenda/minutes of meetings.Responsible for the office administrative work and assistant to leadship team.Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services and supplies to ensure that current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.Control office administration standards and procedures are appropriate for business needs.Responsible for WPO Compliance in the offices
Cost control
You are also responsible to governance, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the office are conducted within budget.
Qualifications:
- You with Bachelor's degree and with 5+ years in related working experience in relative environment.

You with demonstrated skills in organizational communications to shape messages, create communications channels, develop strategic communication plans and execute at both the strategic and tactical levels.

You are excellent at written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation and communition skills both in Chinese and English.

You have excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

You have Strong project management, organizational and planning abilities. Resilient and self-reliant.

You with demonstrated ability to work in high performance culture with a strong business mindset and strategic thinking. Able to lead and engage in planning processes, establish priorities and evaluate results.
