Responsibilities:

FI Project Management

Lead plant wide FI project selection and project implementation with creative thinking to ensure achieve AOP saving target delivery.

Drive best practice sharing and new procedure replication in plant wide.

 

FI Maturity Management

Drive FI maturity improvement.

Lead FI maturity master plan development and deployment to achieve high level maturity of process.

 

FI Pillar Operation Management

Drive FI pillar team operating healthy & One Goodyear way approach for pillar operating standardization improvement.

 

FI Capability Management

Governance FI Tactics alignment with key stakeholders.

Build a problem solving culture in whole organization focused on loss elimination and performance improvement and influence stakeholder to accept new procedure.

Responsible for all levels of people on FI Solving capability improvement.

 

Audit & Reports

Lead FI management meet  customer audit and others agency audit requirement. 

Responsible for all AP/Local FI Reports accuracy.

 

Requirements:

• University bachelor degree and Masters level degree or MBA with Goodyear FI Specialist Certification is desired.

Experienced in manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge and/or experience with lean and 6Sigma interaction in a manufacturing environment.

Good teaching/coaching on problem solving  and project management.                                                                          

At least 4 years experienced as Project leader and/or project sponsor, 6 to 8 years experienced in manufacturing environment.

Project Management.                                                                                                                                         

Good knowledge in lean, TPM/TPS or PO.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Effective communication, oral and written in English.

Good motivating and coaching skills.

Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT. Minitab).

Fluent in English a plus.
