GDCD Lab Technician

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform and accomplish test mission independently in GDCD lab. Prepare Lab tests, including tire mounting and conditioning

•         Working hours: 3 shifts (Monday to Sunday)

•         As part of our testing activities, the Laboratory Tire Testing is running tests related to Pendulum, Stiffness, 360scanner, Aging, Air retention, Durability, High speed test…

•         In this opportunity, you will gather experience with tire testing and test equipment, and you will be responsible for ensuring tests with respect to our quality and safety standards.

•         Execute work related to tire preparation to support testing activities (tire fitting, machinery equipment).

•         Execution of laboratory tests (Static and or Dynamic)

•         Participate in the cleaning and storage of rims, equipment and the workshop. Maintain work area clean and orderly.

•         Execute tire tests according to work instructions and test requests.

•         Comply to the Lab Tire Testing Quality System documented.

•         Lab Tire Manual

•         Comply to safety guidelines, ensure compliance with Safety procedures, report any non-conformity/unsafety operation or phenomenon to Supervisor. (Personal Protective Equipment)

•         Follow shift attendance rules defined by the Lead Engineer in charge of the Lab Tire Test operation.

•         Establish test report on time and correctly and responsible for the authenticity of test data.

QUALIFICATION

• College degree or above of Engineering related
• Use of existing applications on computers
• Good knowledge of Chinese and English are strong assets

RAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Completed PE Safety Training.
