HR Service Team Lead

• Develop, provide specialist guidance to inpats and local plus group, ensure a clear and

consistent management.

• Provide high service quality of service vendor in terms of immigration and relocation.

• Work closely with regional Mobility Team to drive the implementation of mobility policy,

manage the variances in an effective fashion.

• Being local contact and escalation for internal service delivery issues, or process issues,

and responsibility for the coordination of global process consistency and continuous


• Being responsible for the compliance management of labor contracts, immigration, IIT

and making sure the company is adhering to policies.

• Reviewing and managing mobility budgets, liaising with HRBP or other stakeholders for

reports where required.

• Design, polish HR service solutions and process, promote services to attract the participates of


• Identify and provide recommendations for the implementation of new services and processes.

• Utilize technology to improve service delivery and overall employee satisfactory.

• Manage 3rd party service providers in ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

• Manager, monitor service quality ensure vendor's performance in line with SLA, and drive

continuous improvement to meet dynamic business requirement.

• Develop process improvements focused on increasing efficiency, communication, and

effective customer service. Implements quality control measures to ensure accuracy and


• Develop knowledge management mechanism to drive the consistent performance level

without interruption by people change, vendor change or others.

• Develop the attendance policy, procedure to fit the requirement of legislation and internal

control, provide tools, process for the implementation of these policies.

• Monitor the time management practice is compliant with internal & external audit requirement, escalate concerns as needed.

• Responsible for Work time filing every year, support HRBP for the change management to

impacted associates.

• Partner with vendor to improve the performance of system, reporting & analysis by continuous optimization approach.

• Work together with HRBP to drive behavior change in the attendance management, improve the efficiency of work time.

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of HR information systems including SAP, GAIMS, Kronos

and so forth; Serves as an interface between internal/external customers and the functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRIS applications.

• Ensure data integrity maintained in the HR system.

• Work closely with HRIS team, IT team to optimize HRIS system by driving more online

solutions or digitalization solutions.

• Develop, design a knowledge management system to store and manage HR knowledge.

• This includes files, documents, and even emails or instant messages.

• Provide employees with a searchable knowledge base of HR policies, procedures, and

other articles. By sharing information with employees, HR can reduce the time spent

answering routine questions and enable employees to find answers that are relevant to




• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

• 8+years of related experience operation in HR.

• Working in a dynamic business environment with multi-contacts and stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge on HR policy, process and payroll related.

• Experience of leading project with good project management skills.

• Good people management & staff development skills.

• Proven excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

• Proven ability to work within tight deadlines as well as successfully prioritize multiple tasks and customers in a fast-paced human resources environment.

• Ability to think critically and who will question the status quo.

• Proactively seek and provide creative approaches to problem solving and process improvement.

• Strong ability to collaborate with other team members to resolve issues, provide reporting support and deliver quality results to employees and external customers.

• Good written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to effectively communicate technical payroll and tax terms and explanations to internal customers.
