Junior HR BP

Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partner:  Properly plan and staff the organization for the execution of the business plan by displaying in-depth understanding of business condition. Direct staff's efforts toward developing and maintaining a engaged, high performing organization within the "One Goodyear way" philosophy. 

Maintain job structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in responsible area.

Facilitate and Support function managers to figure out the hiring needs to control manning under AOP and meet business requirement.

Support Line Management and function  Managers in assessing organizational effectiveness and internal climate, connecting with functional HR support for implementing improvement actions.

Implement reward and recognition plans to retain best talent and promote engagement while delivering results.

Lead  associates' PDP process execution.

Facilitate and Support manufacturing unit managers on hourly associates performance review and  improvement.

Facilitate and Support manufacturing unit managers and department managers on salary associates performance and objective development process.

Lead the administration of HR programs and systems within responsible areas to drive continuous improvement and ensure the effective application of Goodyear policy.

Control employee movement, termination process to ensure internal people management compliance with local legal law and other relative regulations, policy and procedure.

Support  function managers in responsible area on people management.

Coaching line manager on leadership effectiveness and implementing change effectively.

Lead function management  in the correct application of Labor Agreements and Labor Law compliance.

Responsible for employee attendance/ Overtime and labor issues solving.

Lead for the employee issues Investigate process.

Organize and lead the Associate Engagement Survey analysis and action planning per the survey results. Focus on the high level interventions that impact manufacturing operations.  Arrange and lead focus groups and data gathering that reveals the meaning behind the results. Design, implement and manage interventions that create positive impact on the organization as well as develop and deliver communications on a regular cadence.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree.

4-6 years of previous operations experience with preference for prior 3 years’ experience in a HR environment.

Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of HR regulations & procedures.

Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills with solid verbal & written communication abilities.

Solid analytical & research skills.
