MES Production Flow-Business Process Expert

• Give support via email, phone contacts and on-site presence to solve user problems and assure knowledge transfer. Act as 1st level HELPLINE for Users. Interrelate with other workstreams or IT groups to remove obstacles.

• Influence users as well as Mfg team members with the aim of a successful project implementation. Support resolution of any conflicting issue that hampers progress. Prepare training material and user documentation. Organize and run training sessions.

• Collect user feedback and provide assessments on local change readiness and progress of implementation efforts.

• Work out functional spec concerning MFG  Business Processes changes and new features.

• Provide input to Mfg BPO concerning development priorities.

• Analyze new requests and provide guidance to Mfg IT.

• Perform software & Hardware validation and develop test plans.

• Request user access to MFG Systems and assign required profile and manage local user access profiles.

• Provide status reports.


• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing plant processes concerning Material Preparation, Tire Building and Curing.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of SAP systems and integration paths.

• Basic knowledge of Material Preparation, Building and Curing Equipment.

• Sound knowledge and understanding of Master data integration and governance.

• Knowledge of tire Product lifecycle process steps and associated systems, procedures and regulation.

• Effective communication skills are a Must.

• In order to support users in various countries, language skills are very important:

    English fluent (other languages are an asset)

• Have a pronounced multicultural sensibility.

• Be a team player and have the willingness to perform work in accordance with guidelines, standards, rules and company policies.

• Expertise to lead presentations, discussions and training sessions.

• Have an excellent documentation skill and experience in preparation of user documentation and training material.

• Good knowledge of MS EXCEL.

• Valid passenger car driving license.

• IT background is beneficial.
