Shift Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading the communication and coordinate between departments & MUs /HPTs during shift, summary 2 hours report to leadership, Ensure the overall operation’ objectives are met in own shift.

• Drive zero accident and follow up safety findings and ensure plant management is informed on critical issues.

• Coordinate and facilitate resolution of waste controlling and drive waste below target.

• Total procedural and policy compliance on shift. Ensure plant management systems are in place and implemented.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, industrial management or a related.

• More than 5 years’ work experience.

• At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.

• Ability to work independently with strong work commitment.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to resolve conflict, influence others, negotiate solutions, conduct group meetings and effectively communicate ideas, plans and processes.

• Computer literacy is a must.
