The primary responsibilities include overseeing the industrialization process and managing the release of replacement products designed for the EMEA Consumer market, in collaboration with diverse functions and departments within our organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the new product development, including product analysis, design, calculation and product test verification. 
Responsible for the product performance improvement based on customer feedback
Ensure product conformity to internal, external and legal standards.

Requirements
 The ideal candidate will hold a degree in engineering
 MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point)
 Good communication with global engineering team members. 
 Good communication with local team, including other departments to solve the problems. 
Willing to accept and challenge new work. 

Base location can be Pulandian or Kunshan.
