About the role

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will provide account management of accounts receivables for customers under their control. Additionally, you will demonstrate your technical and reconciliation skills by partnering with the sales team to ensure customers are paying in a timely manner.

 

The key deliverables will include but not be limited to the following:

 

  • Provide sales and finance teams timely, accurate and consolidated reports for the area of your responsibility, specifying the current status of the accounts receivable trial balance
  • Promptly resolve all invoicing and payments disputes to ensure customer payments are made within agreed trading terms.
  • Ensure full understanding, documentation and communication of the collectability of each customer's outstanding balance.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives with our customers, the GDT business and the GRBS office to ensure an effective and efficient "Sales to Collection" process.
