About You

You will be a degree qualified preferably in Transport & Logistics / Commerce / Business, analytically minded individual with a sound understanding of the consumer goods - retail and wholesale split. You will have great communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


  • 4 - 7 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in improving planning systems (SAP ECC / SCM APO)
  • Prior experience across broad geographical locations/ international experience
  • Multi-site experience would be an advantage
  • Strong influential and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good understanding of systems capability for reporting & forecasting
  • High organizational skills
  • Great people and relationship building skills


About the Role 

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this role will leverage your experience and expertise to drive the demand planning function by generating forecasts from inputs from the marketing, sales and finance teams.


Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Drive Demand management process as per S&OP in alignment of all stakeholders and challenge the assumption through Parallel views of forecast.
  • Developing a consensus demand plan based on value-add statistical forecasting, stakeholder reviews and alignment across BU, Product & Pricing, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams and respective plans and strategies.
  • Assumption management of the forecast, challenging the same for ratified outcome through Mix analysis of commercialization of forecast.
  • Provide guidance for and generate the total consensus SKU level forecasts (18-24 months horizon) to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with market trends
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, Supply Planning and Customer Service to assure that all sales forecasts are accurate; provide updated guidance as needed and communicate back decisions on allocation to the cross functional team
