Are you an experienced fleet administration professional who is looking for a part-time role with a multinational organization that has a large brand footprint across Australia and New Zealand?

 

About You

As a self-motivated fleet administration professional, you will be experienced in vehicle fleet management and lease administration. You will also have a sound understanding of insurance and liability concepts. Working with a small team internally you will enjoy taking ownership of your work and be highly organized in managing your workload in a part-time capacity. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an eye for detail that ensures accuracy in a role with high volumes of information.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Property this role is responsible for providing efficient and cost-effective administration services to the Goodyear fleets. In detail, this includes:

  • Administration of fleet-related vehicle issues, including liaison with external fleet providers, authorisation of repairs, administration of fuel cards, processing of infringement notices, registrations, transfers, disposals and new vehicle purchases
  • Managing relationships with key external parties as required such as Fleet companies, fleet managers, insurers and the operations team
  • Management as well as policy & procedural development of all fleet requirements

This is a part-time role (2 days / 15 hours per week) based in Richmond, VIC.
