Procurement Operations Lead

This is a great opportunity to join our Procurement team as the Procurement Operations Lead, ANZ based in our Richmond office to partner with the leadership team developing cost saving initiatives and driving policy compliance throughout the business.

In this position you will have a variety of responsibilities to add value to the wider business including;

 

  • Localise and execute sourcing strategies across Corporate Services, IT, Marketing and Professional Services categories
  • Collaborate with internal customers to proactively manage and satisfy sourcing requirements and exploit opportunities
  • Guide and educate the wider business on procurement policy, process and systems
  • Partner with key stakeholders including; strategic suppliers, Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management including APAC regional office in Shanghai and Global HQ in the US
  • Support the implementation of all procurement continuous improvement projects

 

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills and attributes;

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar procurement position in retail, consumer goods or manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders, internal and externally
  • Superior project management, prioritisation and organizational skills
  • SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • People focused and adaptable, and able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced culture
