The Product Manager AndGo will be responsible for defining a product roadmap that enables a seamless customer experience for our service providers and fleet managers. The incumbent will work directly with Engineering, Design, Customer Service, Operations, and leadership to align priorities, build the right product, and execute. This role will own the full developmental lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, and be responsible for constant improvements/iterations. The associate will also own the vision/strategy of a certain area, ensuring alignment of strategic priorities across our products.
This position requires someone who has experience working in a dynamic product environment with changing priorities and focus. The incumbent must enjoy working side-by-side with customers to build great products and is a natural leader by bringing all aspects of the business together to rally around your priorities. This associate needs to clearly articulate strategy and trade-offs, with a focus on priorities around company objective and key results (OKRs) and key performance indications (KPIs).
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle development.
- Working with customers (internal and external) to understand the problem that needs to be solved.
- Work with Design team to map out the user experience and user flows.
- Work with Engineering to develop requirements and understand timelines/technical trade-offs.
- Facilitate trade-off discussions amongst the wider business to align behind your project.
- Write/Brief product requirement documents (PRDs) and work closely with Engineering to prioritize work for each Sprint.
- Define KPIs/metrics to measure the successes and failures of your product before release.
- Facilitate research with customers at our service centers and across the Goodyear ecosystem.
- Be the expert voice behind what you are building and to ensure that you are building the right solution to solve the problems for our customers.
- Play a crucial role in making sure that stakeholders are aligned every step of the way.
- Define, identify, collect, and track product metrics to understand how your product is performing.
- Monitor and measure the success of each feature/product.
- Exposure to working with senior management to define strategies that will positively influence the defined stream of work.
- Eager to learn and show how you can define the products you manage to build an expertise in crafting a strategy.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in design or relevant field.
- Master’s degree in design or relevant field desired.
- 3+ years of product management experience, including web and mobile application platforms.
- Proven history in product design, experience in all the phases of the design process (from research to concept generation, then final design handoff)
- Experience in engineering, innovation, or customer facing roles.
- Experience in business analytics and in designing iterative experiments.
- Demonstrated experience leading ideation and iterative design to articulate product strategies through the creation of new products.

The pay range for this position is 05 - SFE05: 91394 - 169731 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
