ADVERTISEMENT FOR SENIOR NEW VENTURE SPECIALIST

Senior New Venture Specialist. The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. San Francisco, CA. Work on cross-functional teams to scope and develop software applications and digital tools to meet AndGo objectives.  Lead design development of new innovation platforms, value propositions & business models delivering differentiating products. Develop and test new techniques, lead project teams in the implementation of research projects, and consults with experts. Manage and bring clarity to ambiguous product problems. Identify unique product solutions and converges on key insights, opportunities and solutions.
Need MS in computer science or related IT field of study.  Need project management certification. Project Management Certification. Need 3 yrs. experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer or related role designing IT or digital products.  Need 3 yrs. Technical exp. experience in all the phases of the design process (from research, and concept generation, to final design handoff) for IT or digital products.  Need 3 yrs. leading ideation and iterative design to articulate product strategies through the creation of new products.  Need 3 yrs. of req. gathering, building with engineering team, verifying product.  Need 3 yrs. of communicating with customer, getting pain points of customers and documenting those.  Need 3 yrs. of Travelling on customer sites for Scoping, Design and delivery sessions.  Need 3 yrs. of Communicate with Business to ascertain software product requirements and ensure whether the software design requires modifications. Exp. can be gained concurrently.
