Talent Specialist

Primary Purpose:

  • Lead "Zero accident - absolute safety" mentality in area of responsibility
  • 100% in all audits: internal production and Q-Tech, PPQ, Safety, Environment, ISO. Manage manning on all shifts concerning flexibility, performance, disciplinary actions and hours worked.
  • Drive Business Center strategies to the floor level.

     

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive Zero accident and absolute safety mentality. Follow-up on all accidents and safety related audit findings. Follow-up and react to all environmental incidents. Identify and drive elimination of unsafe conditions. Observe and deal in a consistent way with unsafe behavior. Manage newcomer training and recertification.
  • Assist in production and safety audits, follow. up on all issues. Drive 100% compliance to all procedures and working instructions. Drive 100% PPQ audit compliance

    Manage cost by managing worked hours and overtime within targets. Level resources between shifts, promote flexibility, identify high potentials. Manage shift and individual performance. Review evaluations done on shifts and discuss promotions with group leaders. Responsible for all manning and production related issues 24/7.

  • Drive waste to below target. Follow up on all incidents (feedback from operators). Absolute Quality mentality. Assist in 8D reporting (Incident follow. up). Assist in waste meetings on a regular basis.
  • Drive continuous improvement process to improve OEE. Drive 5S mentality. Be a TPM leader

     

     

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

 

Experience:

  • Experience 5 years minimum required in FLM and deep knowledge of the processes and procedures+

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Commitment and discipline People Manager Communication Skills, Organizational skills, Team leader Driven by results.
